Our New Website is LIVE! www.growing2gether.org.uk
Dear Friends,
Our Growing2gether programmes have been well received by Highland young people and schools. We have changed the lives of over 1000 young people since 2017 and are celebrating this success by launching our very own website. You can read more about our impact in the words of the young people, their parents and schools on the new site.
We have plans to branch out across Scotland to support more young people struggling to cope with mental health and educational challenges. You can read more about our work below and get in touch to explore collaborations.
We would love to hear from you.
With best wishes, Diana Whitmore
Director for Scotland & Trustee, Ecologia Youth Trust

Our new youth-led Mentoring Service is in very high demand, alongside our digital versions of Growing2gether and G2G In the Community. All are aimed at relieving some of the Covid-19 lockdown pressures on the wellbeing of our young people.
The website also features an innovative page designed for young people by young people, which reviews websites and apps offering support with depression, bullying, drugs/alcohol, bereavement and sexual health. It also provides ideas for self-management, and for finding employment and volunteering opportunities.
The ‘Growing2gether In the Community’ page displays the powerful results of young people’s self-designed projects, tackling issues in their communities. Such as a book on self-harm, a film on teen pregnancy, and tote bags commenting on mental health issues.
Look out for the artwork of Growing2gether’s Young Leaders on many pages of the site.
“Ecologia Youth Trust is absolutely delighted with the success of our Growing2gether programmes, launched in 2017. Over 70% of the charity’s work is now focused on Scotland, and we needed to create this website to meet the growing needs of our Scottish community. We are very proud of it, so come take a look!” Diana Whitmore
Growing2gether and Growing2gether in the Community in Scotland are the main programmes of Ecologia Youth Trust since 2017. Founded in Scotland in 1995, Ecologia Youth Trust has worked internationally to give marginalised young people/children everything they need to thrive. This includes a quality education, the confidence/skills and resources to shape their own future and the family support vital to their health and wellbeing. We transform the lives of children affected by poverty, with poor family support and low social/emotional skills. We want all young people to realise their potential and to contribute to stronger communities.
